About the Hosts

Martina, yoga teacher and retreat host, smiling in front of a white wall

Martina

As a theater educator and yoga teacher, Martina has always loved working with the body and its different layers.

Her classes are dynamic and strengthening, yet grounding. Playfulness and exploration meet mindful alignment, while breath patterns shape the energy of postures.

Her style blends Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, complemented by mantra singing, Yin yoga, and Yoga Nidra. Her classes are heartfelt, with quiet moments for reflection and integration. A practice that supports clarity, strength, presence, and trust in your own body and voice.

Jessica

I’m Jess, a yoga teacher and the founder of Havna, a sanctuary for yoga, breathwork, meditation and sauna rituals, “a harbour for the human spirit.” I left a corporate career to follow this path and completed several trainings in yoga, meditation, and sauna.

My yoga classes are slow and grounding. I mostly teach hatha and yin, with breathwork and meditation woven in, so people leave calmer than they came in. I’m also a certified Gusmaster, and I love guiding sauna rituals that combine heat, scent and breath.
